The refurbished operation must be capable of producing 100,000+ pieces in a 35-hour shift in a productive and energy efficient manner. This operation will then expand to 200,000+ pieces capacity over 2 shifts.<br/>The target maximum pieces for this unit over 2 shifts is 225,000 pieces.<br/>It is the intention that the laundry operation will continue on-site for as much of the equipment changeover as possible so careful consideration must be given to the implementation plan to minimise the timeframe for service disruption.<br/>This tender will be a turnkey project with the main contractor being responsible for all machinery supply, mechanical and electrical services upgrades and all building work to provide a complete operational and efficient laundry.",
