Provide the necessary information to determine a way forward, identifying the next steps to enable the development to progress. This procurement process is for the role of the Business Planner, Market Researcher, Governance, and Fundraising adviser to deliver the above. It will be specifically responsible for deliverables 3 and 4, with input and feeding into the other deliverables, responsible to others.",
