Primary Evaluation & Research Supplier for Festival UK* 2022 : A single supplier to oversee, project manage and undertake the overall research design for Festival UK* 2022, a major festival of creativity and innovation taking place across the UK in 2022. Framework of Specialist Research Suppliers: 2A: Qualitative Specialists 2B: Quantitative Specialists A framework of specialist primary research suppliers will enable Festival 2022 Ltd (and the successful Lot 1 supplier) and Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games (and the successful Lot 3 supplier) to access a range of specialised qualitative and quantitative skills when delivering the evaluation plans for Festival UK* 2022 and the Birmingham 2022 Cultural Programme. B2022 Cultural Programme Evaluation : A single supplier to deliver evaluation and research services for a separate regional Cultural Programme for the Birmingham.

Lot 2b: Quantitative SpecialistsLot 2: Framework of Specialist Research Suppliers (to provide primary research services for both Festival UK* 2022 and the B2022 Cultural Programme) Lot 2a: Qualitative Specialists Lot 2b: Quantitative Specialists Additional information: Lot 2: Festival 2022 Framework for Specialist Research: PS335,000 Lot 2: OC Framework for Specialist Research Supplier: PS115,000 Total aggregate Framework value: PS450,000. To note: There is no minimum, or any spend guarantee in respect of the Lot 2 Framework Agreement. Call-Off Work Orders will be awarded via either Direct Award or Mini-Competition.
