Notice Description

We are seeking to appoint a supplier to provide digital production support on a monthly retainer basis. The supplier will work alongside an internal production team to increase capacity for the creation of a variety of digital creative projects. Content produced by the supplier will need to compliment in style and tone, existing materials produced in-house and by third party suppliers. When developing new content with no existing precedent the supplier will need to ensure the final production is in-line with the established University brand guidelines. It is expected the retainer would be for, on average but not a guaranteed, 60 hours a month with a maximum of 720 hours over the 12 month contracted period. The winning supplier would be expected to provide flexibility in monthly allowances around this average. For example, 30 hours in month one, 40 hours in month two followed by 110 hours in month three. The supplier specifically is required to have the ability to provide the following services either in-house or through qualified and quality vetted sub-contractors: 1) Produce a range of digital content formats, including but not limited to: 2) Provide support on individual production elements, including but not limited to: 3) Provide "re-purposing" support on projects 4) Provide projects and raw assets for in-house use
