Lot Information
Lot 1
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Trust's ability to deliver the services as originally intended, so much so that the Trust is now looking to outsource the operational delivery of the residential nursing care and support services at The Harmonia Village to a suitably experienced provider who will partner with the Trust, and share in its vision, to deliver a new approach to care of PLWD.
Renewal: The provision of the Services at, and the transfer of, The Harmonia Village shall be subject to a formal Contract commencing on, or around, 7th March 2022 for a period of five (5) years initially, with the option - at the Authority's absolute discretion - to extend the Contract on the same terms for a further period, or for successive periods, up to 6th March 2032.
