The objective of this project was to appoint a Project Management company to ensure both the efficient and cost effective reinstatement of properties that have been subject to insured perils (such as fire floods, storm damage, subsidence, impact by vehicles and other types of damage).

The objective of this project is to appoint a Project Management company to ensure both the efficient and cost effective reinstatement of properties that have been subject to insured perils (such as fire floods, storm damage, subsidence, impact by vehicles and other types of damage).

Options: The contract is for an initial term of 5 years with an option to extend for a further period of 4 years in 2 24 months extensions. The extension will be granted at the sole discretion of the Council.

Renewal: The contract may be extended at the sole discretion of the contract authority. The contract extension may be for four years in two periods of twenty four months. A decision to agree the first extension of twenty four months will not imply that the second extension is agreed.
