                "description": "The Councils small blocks of flats mainly comprising 4-8 units are risk assessed to determine if they need relighting to include emergency lighting. The work will be in communal areas - hallways, landings and staircases and will need to be accessed by the tenants and the public at all times. Specific care needs to be taken to avoid trip hazards from tools, cables etc. and work areas should have barriers at all times. All conduit will need to be galvanised steel and any making good where old light fittings have been removed should also be included to a plaster finish. Any breaches of fire barriers should be rectified before completion of work on a daily basis.
