This will increase the headroom to cover immediate requirements. It will also increase headroom to cover further requirements within the final 3 year extension period that will be issued and agreed separately. The overall contract value of LOT 1 (Support and Maintenance of Existing Core and Non-Core ARCGIS Products) was PS4m, however, a review of the current spend on LOT 1 found that there was an overall spend of around PS3.3m to date. Given this and the need to ensure continuance of critical GI services for which the supplier has exclusive rights there is a requirement to uplift the overall contract value for LOT 1 only to increase the headroom to cover requirements over the final 3 year extension period. This increase would still be in keeping with the overall original contract value and allow for a replacement procurement competition to be taken forward for future services. The overall contract value for LOT 1 has been increased by PS2 million from PS4 million to PS6 million.",
