FIRE SAFETY ORDER GUIDANCE-TRANCHE 3 As part of a wider overhaul of guidance on The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 - the Fire Safety Order (FSO) - the Home Office is seeking to externally commission new guides and updates to existing guidance. The resulting material would reflect legislative changes to the FSO resulting from the Fire Safety Act (FSA), secondary legislation that follows from the outcome of the Fire Safety Consultation and the Building Safety Bill. The guidance in this requirement will be needed before commencing the FSO provisions in the Building Safety Bill. The anticipated publication date is September 2022.
