The overall aim of the Service is to provide inclusive and holistic Falls Prevention service to Service Users helping them to maintain their quality of life and enhance their health and well-being. The Service shall focus on the work of the National Falls Prevention Coordination Group (NFPCG) to: * Promote healthy ageing across the different stages of life * Improve strength and balance Prevent frailty, preserve bone health, reduce accidents, through preserving physical activity, healthy lifestyles, and reducing environmental hazards, and * Provide early intervention to restore independence through Falls Care Pathway linking acute and urgent care to secondary falls prevention",
