The University is seeking to improve oversight, management reporting and trend analysis of travel management across all areas of the organisation. A system/platform which will integrate/pull travel intelligence through and can upload traveller profiles. There are a diverse range of travellers (Staff, Students, Single travellers to large groups), trip types (Business trips, placements, fieldwork, research etc) Locations (Domestic and Overseas) and country risk (FCDO Red, amber and green) as well as the level of risk of the trip activity. There is no easy means currently for identifying trip activity which is booked outside of standard TMS.
