Options: The initial contract is for a twelve month period with an option to extend for up to a further three twelve month periods.
Renewal: The initial contract is for twelve months with an option to extend for up to a further twelve month period after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders, it is anticipated the Contract will commence early February 2022.
