Street Outreach Service for People who are Rough Sleeping
Notice Description
The service will locate and support people rough sleeping to move off the streets as quickly as possible into appropriate accommodation, either supported or suitable independent accommodation. In addition to people rough sleeping, the service will also work with people who are begging and / or otherwise street based in Leeds providing focussed support where appropriate. The service will be required to develop excellent partnership and joint working arrangements with relevant agencies in the city to deliver positive outcomes for people rough sleeping and / or begging or leading street based lives. This service will play a key role in supporting the Council to meet it's strategic priorities around homelessness and rough sleeping.

Renewal: An extension period of up to 36 months will be available. The contract may be subject to renewal thereafter.
