    "description": "1. The successful Contractors, and any proposed sub-Contractors, are registered members of Gas Safe. Contractors submitted documentary evidence of their current and valid membership within their SPD submission on PCS-Tender and listed them with Appendix B - Certification Summary. 2. Any Electrical work undertaken will be carried out in accordance with the current IET regulations; including completion of appropriate or equivalent NICEIC/SELECT certification, and shall also include certification appropriate to any remedial services required to BS 7671:2018 18th Edition and any subsequent amendments thereto. 3. The successful Contractors were required to provide 2 examples from the past 3 years that demonstrated that they had the relevant experience to deliver the services/ supplies as described in part II.2.4 of the Find a Tender Service Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. 4. The successful Contractors were required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract. 5. The successful Contractors hold a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001(or equivalent). . 6. The successful Contractors hold a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 (or equivalent). 7.
