The requirement will have two distinct lots (1)- The collection of Healthcare Wastes from Trust Sites for disposal (2) The disposal & treatment of Healthcare wastes delivered to the providers waste processing site.

Healthcare waste collection, disposal and recovery services. A provider to actively manage, develop, improve and maintain the waste services, including the development of recovery and waste minimisation opportunities. Additional information: The primary beneficiaries of this Contract will be the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS) Organisations (?ICSO?) as as defined https://healthandcarenotts.co.uk/about-us/our-partners/

Options: The minimums term shall be for 36 months from 1st May 2022 with options to extend for two periods of twelve months.

Renewal: Recurring need for waste disposal & treatment - to advertised at expiry of 36+12+12 agreement

The Disposal of Healthcare Wastes

The disposal & treatment of Healthcare wastes delivered to the providers waste processing site (Multiple times daily). Additional information: The primary beneficiaries of this Contract will be the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS) Organisations (?ICSO?) as as defined https://healthandcarenotts.co.uk/about-us/our-partners/

Options: The contract shall be for 36 with option to extend for two periods of twelve months. Albeit subject to the renewal of agreements supporting Derbyshire GP?s, Derbyshire County Council and a number of NHS Dental Surgeries
