To pass Current Ratio the bidder must achieve a score of greater than 1. East Dunbartonshire Council will consider a PASS in any two of the above three ratios as an overall pass for this part of the assessment. Failure of a bidder to achieve a PASS for this part of the assessment will automatically result in his exclusion from the procurement exercise.",
