The Authority is developing a plan to alter the Authority footprint and delivery volume to cope with additional service demands arising from the Covid 19 pandemic. The Authority has appointed Incendium to lead its Programme and for the Supplier to undertake a limited but agreed set of tasks to support the project. At this time, it is anticipated there will be a need to accommodate an additional 13,500 front of house staff into DWP across the UK, located in new Job Centre Plus (JCP) space The timetable for this delivery is progressive across a 6-month window from October 1st to March 31st 2022.
