The contract is amended to allow continuous support to young people requiring specialist wrap around mental health support in their journey to achieving education, employment or training until the amended date. The additional activity required with this extension is the delivery of additional support hours proportional to the original contract: * Total Personal Mental Health Champions Support Hours increased to 10,961 during the lifetime of the contract. * Of which 1:1/Direct Participant Support Hours increased to 3852 during the lifetime of the contract.
