This service consists of three components: * Community outpatient service: consultant-led with GPwSIs (ENT; Gastro; MSK Ortho; MSK Rheum; Neurology / Headache clinic / Paediatrics) * Direct Access MSK Physio / Spinal Triage; * ADHD Assessment Service.

A new contract is put in place with the incumbent provider for a period of 12 months to ensure continuity of essential capacity, whilst affording the recently formed NHS North West London CCG time to agree the approach to commission this service at NWL ICS level in line with national and ICS guidance to ensure smoother, less complicated, non-duplicated service delivery.
