Summary of the contracting process

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is currently engaged in a tender process for the "Integrator Change Request ICR255," focused on real estate services to support the REEP Expansion Programme. This project aims to adapt the Authority's operational capacity to meet increased service demands due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the contract period running from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022. Suppliers are expected to register on the eSourcing portal by following the outlined instructions and deadlines provided by DWP, with anticipated delivery beginning on 1 October 2021 through to the end of March 2022.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses in the real estate services sector, particularly those with experience in adapting spaces for operational increases and managing large-scale integration tasks. Companies capable of delivering front-of-house staff solutions and related services are well-positioned to compete in this procurement process. With a significant budget of approximately £99 million, potential suppliers should be prepared to demonstrate their expertise and capacity to support the DWP in its ambitious expansion efforts across the UK.
