Annual contract value: PS50,000 The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams for both Lots 1 and 2 except where specified below: * Periodic Servicing and Inspection; * Routine Maintenance; * Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); * Minor Improvements (Upgrading or refurbishment of Lifts) (Lot 1 only) * Major Works (Upgrading, Installation or Renewal of stair lifts and other disability lifting equipment); (Lot 2 only) * Out of Hours Emergency Works; and * Technical Inspections Bidders can tender for one or both contracts providing they meet the criteria indicated in the procurement documentation.",
