Notice Description
Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) has a requirement to place a Framework for the provision of goods and services associated with the Supply of New Assets, Repair, Planned Maintenance, Parts, and Hire of Compressors and Blowers across the YWS region of supply. This notice is seeking expressions of interest for the establishment of this Framework Agreement. Please note that all bidders' expressions of interest must be in the form of a completed Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) through SAP Ariba.

Renewal: The initial contract term will be for 36 months, Yorkshire Water Services Limited reserves the option to extend for a further 36 months, and then an additional 24 months, based on satisfactory performance of the contract by the service provider. Further details will be sent out in the procurement documents. The estimated value is based on the full potential contract term including renewal (i.e. 36 months + 36 months + 24 months).
