This Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) is issued by Transport for London (TfL). We are seeking to obtain market feedback in relation to the delivery of TfL Apprenticeship Provision. The primary focus of the MSQ is to better understand supplier appetite, capacity and capability. To ensure Transport for London (TfL) is in the best position to offer high quality and inclusive apprenticeships it is vital that we have capable and innovative Training Providers in place. Apprenticeships help meet the future skills needs of our organisation to enable us to support a sustainable economic recovery and to be the beating green heartbeat of London. TfL are seeking providers to deliver their Apprenticeships training in the following broad categories: - Professional Services (e.g. finance, Management, human resources (HR)) - Technology and Data - Engineering - Built Environment and Construction TfL are issuing this market sounding questionnaire (MSQ) to inform and explain in advance our strategic approach to contracts awards of apprenticeship provision from September 2022. The feedback from this questionnaire will help inform decisions on the final procurement plan and will work alongside any other option appraisal work undertaken.
