Notice Description
Supply, Installation, Support and Maintenance of a GPS Vehicle Tracking and Data Transfer System that will be used to track and monitor approximately 780 Department for Infrastructure (DfI) Roads and Rivers vehicles throughout the whole of Northern Ireland. The requirement shall also cover Forestry Service with approximately 135 vehicles, and the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) and Environment, Marine and Fisheries Group (EMFG), with approximately 175 vehicles - all of which are part of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA).

Lot 1

The requirement shall also cover Forestry Service with approximately 135 vehicles, and the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) and Environment, Marine and Fisheries Group (EMFG), with approximately 175 vehicles - all of which are part of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA).
Options: After the initial contract period of 5 years there will be an options to extend the contract for a further three periods. Two periods of 2 years and one period of 1 year +2+2+1
Renewal: This contract will be potentially be due to be re-procured after initial contract period or following any extension period
