These key services are not currently being delivered directly by ESC but ones we wish to continue with:1. Safe to Stay Hub in Lowestoft2. Rough Sleeping Initiative Beds x 103. Outreach Officer x 0.8 or 1 FTE if funding allows4. Navigators x 35. Mental health Support Officer x 1
