Provision of GP practice of Hightown
Renewal: There will be an initial contract period of five years commencing on 1st April 2023. There will be the option to extend for a further two-year period from 1st April 2028.
North Park PracticeGP surgery of North Park
Renewal: There will be an initial contract period of five years commencing on 1st October 2023. There will be the option to extend for a further two-year period from 1st October 2028.
Great Crosby and ThorntonGP surgeries of Crossways, Crosby Village and Thornton
Renewal: There will be an initial contract period of five years commencing on 1st April 2023. There will be the option to extend for a further two-year period from 1st April 2028.
