Summary of the contracting process

The Harrow Council is currently engaged in the procurement process for a project titled "Short Breaks Framework," which falls under the category of community, social, and personal services. This framework aims to provide short breaks for children and young people with disabilities, detailing three specific lots: specialist group-based play and leisure activities, day and overnight care, and community-based provision. The procurement method is open, and the submission deadline was on 10th June 2022, with the authority planning to restart this procurement process in Autumn 2022 following an amendment to withdraw the current procurement.

Companies capable of delivering responsive and high-quality services tailored to individual needs would be well-suited to compete for these contracts.
