Notice Description
A contract for the provision of Print Brokerage Services, as further described in Document No. 2 (the Specification) is being tendered by WSCC in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) covering all print types, including but not limited to:* leaflets * brochures and flyers * business stationery * posters and banners * photocopying * books, manuals and directories * CDs/DVDs* promotional material* bespoke signage e.g. Corporate signage* vehicle livery* variable data/transactional printing i.e. Council tax invoices* direct mail * pull-ups banners, pop-up stands, vinyl banners et al for exhibitions* variable data printingThe Services will include elements of digital based campaigns, moving away from physical print where appropriate.

Provision of Print Brokerage Services to West Sussex County Council
Renewal: It is anticipated that the Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 5 years from the Commencement Date of 01 October 2022, with an option to extend on the same terms and conditions at WSCC's discretion by an additional 2 years in any combination. The maximum duration of the Contract Term will therefore be 7 years.
