    "description": "The scope of services to be provided under this Framework falls within the definition of social and other specific services in Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (\"the Regulations\") and therefore the procurement process shall be subject to the requirements of section 7 of the Regulations. SPPN 7/2021 may apply. Reserve right to open Framework to new entrants. New Entrants will be subject to the same requirements as detailed in this Contract Notice and Tender Documents.                 "description": "Those providers that meet minimum requirements but the Chief Finance Officer of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership deems the hourly rate unaffordable shall automatically be included within the Supplementary Providers List (Lot 7). In the event that there remains a level of unmet demand after providers on Lots 1-6 of this supplementary framework have been approached, the Council reserves the right to negotiate with Lot 7 providers with a view to agreeing affordable rates relative to such residual unmet demand. It will be a requirement of the tender that any provider must: Be registered with the Care Inspectorate and Scottish Social Services Council in accordance with Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001. Have a Care Inspectorate grade of 3 or above in all themes."
