Notice Description
The Mayor of Newham's vision is that children and young people in Newham should have access to the best Youth Service in London - providing young people with spaces to enjoy, support to achieve their best, and opportunities to make a difference in their community. Newham Council intends to commission high quality universal and targeted youth services that builds the skills of our young people, engage them in inclusive activities and prevent escalation of any negative issues in young people's lives. The mayor is committed to growing our own youth empowerment function and providing a Partnership-led Borough wide Newham Youth Offer. The Council's Corporate Plan sets out the intention to develop a high quality, co-produced youth offer that provides a varied and inclusive range of activities. There are more than 90 000 children and young people living in Newham and the Mayor's vision is that children and young people should have access to the best youth service in London and as such provided significant investment to dram. This contract is divided into 4 Lots, Tenders may be submitted for all lots. Maximum number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer: 4
Lot Information
Lot 1
Young people who are residents in East Ham aged (9-19, 25 if SEND) must have fair access to a wide range of positive activities. This should appeal to and engage a representative range of young people that reflects as far as possible the local area - in terms of age range, ethnicity, and gender. You are invited to participate in the meet the buyer event which is scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday 29th June 2022.
