The Project is for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in Balnamore, by means of Land, Design and Build Framework Agreements, where the Developers provide the land, designs, constructs and completes the schemes for Rural Housing Association in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide, Employers Requirements and statutory body requirements. The programme for the provision of the Employers Agent service is approximately 48 months but is dependent on the Developer/s Proposals.
