Lot 1
The purpose of this procurement exercise is to award a framework agreement for suitably qualified and experienced supplier for the provision of cleaning and hygiene services in various office locations throughout Northern Ireland. The services provided to NIE Networks must be of a high quality standard, and regular reviews with the appointed service supplier shall be established to monitor and review quality of work throughout the contract period.
Options: The Framework Agreement will be for a period of five (5) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the Contracting Entity and subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement, to extend by a further optional period of up to three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years.
Renewal: The Contracting Entity intends to establish a Framework Arrangement for a period of three (3) year, with the option (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) to extend by up to an additional 36 months
