Notice Description
Healthy Lifestyle Service will deliver evidenced based health improvement covering prevention, treatment and behaviour change interventions, to help Buckinghamshire residents. The service will target the four main modifiable lifestyle behaviours that reduce life expectancy, increase health inequalities, and increase the risk of chronic diseases including; * Physical Inactivity * Unhealthy Diet * Smoking * Harmful consumption of Alcohol This will be achieved through elements including a universal self-management offer and specialist behaviour change programmes covering * Smoking Cessation * Adult Weight Management * Child Weight Management * Outreach NHS Health Checks * Enhanced IBA alcohol Intervention
