The contract will cover the replacement of around 600 self service kiosks currently in operation and possible expansion of this offering into new branches. Post Office is interested in a modular solution that can adapt to different settings and use cases. The contract will include support and maintenance of the kiosks for a period of at least 5 years. It is anticipated that the contract notice along with the ITT will be published in the autumn of 2022, in response to which potential suppliers can express interest and submit initial tenders.
