Provider Panel for Intermediate Care Plus Beds (Spot Purchase)
Notice Description
This contract ("the Contract") is for a Provider Panel for Intermediate Care Plus (IC+) Beds within County Durham via a spot contract arrangement. Please refer to ITT document 2 for full details of the contract specification. This procurement is issued under an Open Tender process in line with Public Contracts Regulation 2015, under Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for contracts for social and other specific services (Light Tough Regime). This contract is to be a Provider Panel Agreement to provide (on a non-exclusive basis as called off from time to time) Intermediate Care Plus (IC+) Beds within County Durham via a spot contract arrangement within County Durham for Durham County Council ("the Contract"). This Provider Panel will be a panel which will be opened as and when required, at the sole discretion of the Council, whereby organisations that wish to apply to become a member of the panel can do throughout the lifetime of the panel. Please access the NEPO Procontract Portal reference DN622550 and access the tender documents for free for full details of the specification and tender criteria. If you have any problems accessing the documents via the system please contact the NEPO helpdesk as detailed below. The E-tendering System Support is provided for Providers by the NEPO portal administration organisation Proactis. Please use the method below that is appropriate to the issue that you are experiencing. * Proactis Supplier Support Helpdesk Ticketing System (http://proactis.kayako.com (http://proactis.kayako.com)) - To be used by Suppliers for non-time critical issues i.e.password resets / account queries, finding information, accessing the tender, etc. * Email (ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com) - To be used in same way as ticketing system.
