CPU 3295 Highways Hire of Haulage with Driver Framework
Notice Description
This framework is to deliver works in respect of Hire of Haulage with Driver throughout the city Boundaries of Nottingham City Council. This Framework will be used for hire of eight wheeled 32 tonne tipper lorry with valid Waste Transfer Licence, and driver, with HGV class 2 licence (Cat C), a full CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) and at least 3 months' previous experience of driving an eight wheeled 32 tonne tipper lorry. Tachographs must be used. The successful supplier will be responsible for moving waste (mainly, but not limited to earthworks, soils and clay) from site to a designated waste transfer point. The supplier will be responsible for all the collection notes, and ensuring that collection notes are returned to a person chosen by the employer. Any invoices received from the waste transfer station, to the employer that have no relevant paperwork (collection notes) will be the responsibility of the supplier with the vehicle registration listed.
