Domestic Abuse Services
Notice Description
The Services are procured in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, and specifically the light-touch regime (LTR) applies to the procurement of these Services and the Commissioners have designed the procurement process accordingly as set out in the Invitation to Tender. The Authority (on behalf of the Commissioners) is seeking service provider(s) with expertise in the provision of domestic abuse services. The service will encompass support for victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse, with the objective of providing support to individuals (adults and children) affected by domestic abuse across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent with the aim of reducing occurrences of domestic abuse in these areas.

Lot 1
At this stage Commissioners will be holding two market engagement events: - An initial Market Engagement Event will be held on Friday 30th September 2022 at Staffordshire Police Headquarters, Conference Room 2, Block 7, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0YY. The purpose of this initial market engagement event is to provide interested parties with comprehensive details of the services required. - A second Market Engagement Event will be held on Thursday 3rd November 2022 at Staffordshire Police Headquarters, Conference Room 2, Block 7, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0YY. The purpose of this second event is to support all interested parties to identify opportunities for collaboration and provide information to support bid preparation. Parties wishing to attend these events should login to, or register as a new supplier on, the Bluelight emergency services e-tendering portal and send a message to the buyer expressing an interest, before midday on 16th September 2022. Additional information: It is also asked that Interested organisations confirm who will be attending each of the above events in advance. Interested organisations will also be asked to complete and return a proforma providing details of their organisation and the services they offer, prior to the event.
Victim Services (including adults and children)Lot A - Victim Services (including adults and children) Additional information: Estimated values provided relate to the maximum possible duration of the proposed contract, which therefore includes the optional extension periods.
Options: Option to extend (at the discretion of the Authority) for two further periods, each of 12 months, up to a maximum extension period of 24 months in total.
Renewal: Initial Contract Period of 36 months with the option to extend (at the discretion of the Authority) for two further periods, each of 12 months, up to a maximum extension period of 24 months in total.
