Thames Valley Police is looking for a solution for the collection, storage, asset recording & management and sale of items, equipment and materials that have been confiscated or recovered from persons during police operations across, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes. As each confiscation varies a successful contractor would need to provide all or only varies parts of the service. Collection could be from a police site or a person's site depending upon size and value. Storage would need to be secure and in some circumstances an unidentifiable location. Asset Management may include registering of assets in a database (excel format).Sales would include marketing and promoting the items to maximize sale value. Realised values back to TVP less deductions for contractor fees. In line with regulatory requirements.
