Door Systems Maintenance Services
Lot Information
Lot 1
The Contractor shall deliver Door Systems Maintenance Services including: * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): biannual inspection and servicing of all Automatic and Roller Shutter Door systems. * A 24/7 callout service for both Automatic and Roller Shutter Door systems. * All repairs generated by PPM and reactive callouts on Automatic Doors systems on an all-inclusive basis. Additional information: The estimated total value stated above in Section II.1.7 includes the initial 3 year contract period and the option to extend the contract for any periods up to and including 36 months. This call-off contract was awarded following a further competition mini-competition as provided for under the APUC framework agreement for EFM1045 AP Doors Maintenance, Repair and Installation Services.
Options: It is anticipated the contract will be for three (3) years initially, with an option to extend for any periods up to and including thirty six (36) months.
