Nottingham City Council would like to commission RIBA-accredited architectural services (including architectural, structural, mechanical & electrical, QS, interior design, and project management services) to support the development of the Angel Row Building into a flexible office, cafe and event space including: * Preparation of detailed building designs and full cost estimates up to and including RIBA stage 4 * Preparation and submission of a planning application * Project management and contract administration of RIBA stages 5 & 6
