NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the Commissioners, NHS England, would like to invite interested Providers, to take part in a market engagement process. This process will inform an anticipated contract offer and associated commissioning or procurement process. Following an unsuccessful tender exercise held in August 2022 the Commissioners are seeking to engage with the marketplace to seek feedback on the proposed service, contract and procurement structure(s), including Bidding requirements, and to investigate market development requirements, if any. This engagement is taking place via completion of a form on Microsoft Forms. The information provided will be kept confidential where possible, but will be seen by NHSE and AGCSU. However, if information is gained that results in changes made to the draft service specification, performance metrics, other contract documentation or any of the associated service documentation, then an audit trail that may detail the Provider could be deemed releasable under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act or any other applicable request mechanisms for the NHS. If you have not already done so and would like to informally register your interest in the project and be added to a delegate list whom courtesy emails will be sent with updates on the procurement, then please complete the relevant questions on the form linked below.
