Notice Description
The variation requirement is for site security for Blackley and Whitefield Fire Stations arose unexpectedly due to increased risk following the collapse of ISG into administration in September 2024. Delays in security provision would have jeopardised safety and operational readiness. The urgency was due to unforeseeable operational risk factors.
