The Contracting Authority has run a market engagement exercise in the form of a Request for Information (RFI) for Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening Programme across the North Region including the North East and North Cumbria, South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw, Lancashire & South Cumbria and Greater Manchester & East Cheshire (excluding Glossop) - see Find a Tender Service number (20220422-000001). As a result of the feedback from the RFI, the Contracting Authority needs to extend the existing contract to allow time to address the issues raised by suppliers. The contract will be extended for 6-months from 01 April 2023 to 30 September 2023.
