It is our intention to outsource the whole of the Asset Management Communal Window Cleaning Service and split into two Lots. The first, Lot 1 - North which covers parts of Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire & Merseyside, the second, Lot 2 - Tameside area and the third, Lot 3 - Midlands. Bidders can apply for one Lot, tow or all three Lots. The initial contract for 3 years with an option of an additional year and consist of the following number per Lot
