Summary of the contracting process

The procurement process for the "Health and Social Care Apps DPS" is being conducted by Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, headquartered in London, UK. This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) focuses on acquiring software packages and information systems within the health and social care sector. The process is in the 'Tender' stage, with the current continuation of the DPS set to run until 23rd February 2029, subject to annual reviews. The DPS offers a mechanism for contracting authorities to procure safe and clinically beneficial applications, supporting various health categories such as mental health, diabetes, cardiovascular health, among others.

The DPS is open to new suppliers, providing opportunities to access a wide market across NHS bodies and other public sector entities throughout the UK. Companies with a focus on innovation in health technologies, including NICE-accredited apps and digital therapies, may find lucrative opportunities through this procurement process.
