Notice Description
The NMRN is seeking a fully integrated HR and payroll system, ensuring compliance with HMRC standards, in addition to a fully managed payroll service. There are 3 options for tender: - Option 1 - An integrated HR and payroll system with a fully managed external payroll service that can provide a comprehensive payroll service and offer value for money. - Option 2 - An integrated HR and payroll system. - Option 3 - A fully managed external payroll service that can provide a comprehensive payroll service and offer value for money. - Option 4 - A HR system only. We welcome bids for one or more of the four options available. See ITT documentation listed on Contracts Finder Gov.UK website for full details of the Lots listed above.

The tender is an Open ITT. There are four lots in total; Lot 1- Integrated HR and Payroll System and Fully Managed Payroll Service Lot 2- Integrated HR and Payroll System Only Lot 3- Fully Managed Payroll Service only Lot 4- HR System only The full details of these can be found within the ITT documentation, including the evaluation criterion for each Lot. Additional information: The information regarding the Lots can be found within the documentation uploaded to Contracts Finder.Gov.UK advert. NOTE- The GBP 200,000 budget for this tender is for one of the lots for both HR & Payroll services, bidding for other lots does not carry the same budget, please refer to ITT documentation for full details.
