The University is seeking proposals from various Estates Professional Services providers - Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Civil Engineers and Mechanical Engineers.
Lot Information
Architectural and CDM Coordinating Services 002/22/HG
The University wishes to appoint a firm to provide Architectural & CDM Co-ordinator services on a number of projects varying in size and complexity. The Architect would be expected to act as lead consultant and co-ordinate the remainder of the design team.
Renewal: Expectation of two additional 12-month extensions, dependant on requirement and performance.
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultant Services 003/22/HGThe University wishes to appoint a Mechanical & Electrical Consultant to provide services on a number of projects varying in size and complexity. Mechanical & Electrical Consultant would be expected to act as part of the design team headed by an Architect and occasionally as lead consultant and co-ordinate the remainder of the design team.
