The purpose of this exercise is to seek Tenders for providing Cleaning Services to Common Areas of Blocks of Flats and associated grounds which are owned and / or managed by GUHG. Following a Tender evaluation process and subject to the Tender representing good value for money, it is intended that a Contract for the works will be awarded.
Renewal: Contract will be retendered upon completion.
