Notice Description

NHS South East London ICB (SEL ICB) is seeking to commission Bromley IRIS (Identification and Referral to Improve Safety) Service. The service provides education and training to general practice on how to identify and appropriately refer potential victims of domestic abuse, following the recognised evidence-based IRIS model. The service also receives referrals categorised as low risk and provides support to victims of domestic abuse. Please refer to the service specification document for further information on the service. The estimated total contract value is PS575,000.00. The Contract will be for 3 years with the possibility of an extension for a further 2 years at the discretion of the ICB. The service is expected to commence in April 2023.

This service consists of the continued delivery of Domestic Abuse training and support for all GP practices and Primary Care Network (PCN) staff in Bromley in accordance with the IRIS (Identification and Referral to Improve Safety) model of DA Training delivery to Primary Care, for the 3 years from 1/4/23 to 31/3/26 (with the option to extend for an additional 2 years). It is anticipated at the commencement date of 1st April 2023 all 43 Bromley GP practices will be IRIS accredited. The total Estimated Contract Value is a range of PS500,000.00 - PS575,000.00 for 5 years (3 years with the option to extend by 2 years). The service will be offered at the premises of participating GP practices, or remotely, as required. Please refer to the service specification document for further information on the service. The Bromley IRIS service has been in place since April 2018, delivering education and training to Bromley GP practices on identification and appropriate referral of victims of Domestic abuse (DA). This service is intended to provide continuation of IRIS service provision from the end of the current Provider IRIS contact on 31st March 2023.
