Notice Description

East Midlands Ambulance Service are seeking suppliers to provide patient journeys as part of the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) Taxi Support Service for the PTS Derbyshire and PTS Northants Regions. The journey may either be from the home of the patient to hospital and treatment centres, or vice versa, which include points of care that are situated within Derbyshire and Northamptonshire, along borders of neighbouring counties and to other locations as required. The tender should be awarded as 2 separate lots and providers may bid for either/both of the lots - Lot 1 PTS Derbyshire - Lot 2 PTS Northants The contract shall be for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for further 2 x 12 month periods.

Lot 1 - PTS Derbyshire Region NEPTS Taxi Support

Provision of Taxi journeys may either be from the home of the patient to hospital and treatment centres, or vice versa, which include points of care that are situated within Derbyshire and other neighbouring counties and to other locations as required. This constitutes 4 sub-lots on the basis of geographical region and bidders may bid for one sub-lot or multiple sub-lots. LOT 1A- Amber Valley LOT 1B - Derby City LOT 1C - Derby North West including Derby North LOT 1D - Derby North East Details are within the Procurement documents Additional information: Estimated value includes the option years if these are taken up to the agreement of both parties.

Options: The minimums term shall be for 36 months with options to extend for two periods of twelve months.

Renewal: Recurring need. To be advertised at expire of this agreement.

Lot 1 - PTS Northants Region NEPTS Taxi Support

Provision of Taxi journeys may either be from the home of the patient to hospital and treatment centres, or vice versa, which include points of care that are situated within Northamptonshire and other neighbouring counties and to other locations as required. This constitutes 4 sub-lots on the basis of geographical region and bidders may bid for one sub-lot or multiple sub-lots. LOT 2A - KETTERING LOT 2B - NORTHAMPTON Further Details are within the Procurement documents Additional information: Estimated value includes the option years if these are taken up to the agreement of both parties.

Options: The contract shall be for 36 months with option to extend for two periods of twelve months.

Renewal: Recurring need. To be advertised ay expire of this agreement.
